Campaign Weaver

Campaign planning to production in one flow

Who is it for?

I developed this app for businesses with small marketing teams, where one person or small teams often handle many channels and juggle multiple roles in the “marketing stack”.

What is it for?

With campaign weavers users can effortlessly create marketing campaigns by simply dragging and dropping assets including paid ads, organic posts, messaging, destinations and content to the canvas.

Once mapped on the canvas users can select any valid format for each channel or asset and generate copy for it with ease.

In terms of campaign marketing workflow it also includes processes for content refinement, collaboration such as built in tool for approvals and one click exports for one source of truth for the campaign.

It also hosts modules for AI powered SEO research, which guides content efforts and advanced content generation tools.

Why I built this

I thought of campaign mapping, forecasting and breaking down the marketing campaigns into layers long ago.

When AI got good at generating copy, I figured it might cool to create a smooth process for going from planning to execution in one tool, and doing it faster than it takes traditional teams to write a brief.

I tried to create a guided process where user simply goes through tabs … Plan, Create, Review, Export in terms of campaign.

Plus I knew I’ll be building various tools on my own and since building got easier more and more people might be doing the same. I wanted this tool to answer the question ok, I’ve built it now what?

Lastly, I think it can add a lot of value to marketing agencies. A lot of them plan campaigns in Miro or other flow charting tools and the strategies on which people spend a lot of time on quickly become redundant.

As the campaign strategy is translated into task in task management tool, then assets are scattered through docs, drives and a lot of back and forth communication.

I wanted to have a tool that handles a lot of aspects of delivery in one place and allows even a single person with some marketing skills to outperform many teams.
